What is Crazy Bear Bounce World?
Crazy Bear Bounce World is the world’s largest inflatable park! Featuring a MASSIVE 30,000 sq ft bounce castle, a parent & kid pedal roller coaster, a mechanical bull ride, over 1,000 sq ft water blaster arena, a 1,500sq ft Bear Cub Playground and MORE! Crazy Bear Bounce World will become your family’s new favourite thing to do outside this summer!
What is the plan for bad weather?
If the weather makes it impossible to use the inflatables all affected tickets will be offered the option to reschedule to another time of their choice. If we can not find an available date that works for you we will offer a full refund.
What is the refund policy?
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days in advance you will recieve a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days ahead for reasons other than weather your tickets will be rescheduled to another date that works for you.
Do I have to book in advance?
Booking in advance is always recommended to ensure your spot on the castle, but not required.
What special attire is required?
The only special items you need are grippy bounce socks. You can bring your own, but if you need a pair we have our own grippy socks available for purchase for $3.29.
Keep in mind that Crazy Bear Bounce World is an outdoor adventure, check the weather ahead of your visit and dress appropriately. When the sun is out we recommend minimizing exposed skin to avoid a sunburn and wearing loose, light coloured clothing to avoid overheating.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit for Crazy Bear Bounce World, everyone can come and enjoy the fun! For youngest guests (under 4) we have a 1,500 sq ft Bear Cub Playground.
Do I need to join my child on the attractions?
We do recommend joining in on the fun, but only children aged 9 or younger must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. We offer a bundled ticket option for one child 9 or younger and one adult.
Do you accept Access2?
Yes we do accept Access2, to make a booking email info@crazybear.ca
Can I bring my own food or drink into the park?
Water is always smart to pack! Please stay hydrated!
Outside food that is acceptable: Chips, fruit/veggie tray andcrackers/cheese board. All food that is brought in must be storebought and prepackaged.
Keep in mind that NO food or drink is permitted on the attractionsthemselves.
What is your lost item policy?
Any lost items will be held for 30 days, after the 30 days items may be donated or thrown away.
Do you offer a Season Pass?
Yes! You can choose between a 30-day or full season pass, they are both available for purchase in person or online.
